4. Where can I apply for residence permit?


You can submit documents to migration office in Lithuania or you can submit them to any Lithuanian embassy.


You can not submit documents by post and there is no possibility to apply on your behalf also. Personal appearance is compulsory.


We do not recommend to apply in Lithuanian Embassy.



5. What chances do I have?


Most of our cases are successful. If you are a genuine businessman, you have very high chances to get residence permit. The main point is to convince the authorities that you have real plans to do business in Lithuania.



6. If residence permit will be refused?


If you are still interested to get residence permit after refusal, you can re-apply after 1 year. If you are not, there are different possibilities – for example, to transfer shares to another person. Depending on your situation, we will advise you on the most practical and least expensive solution.

You can rent a small apartment (~50 square metres) in Vilnius for approximately 350 € per month.

Yes, if you have Lithuanian residence permit, you can travel to any Schengen country.


You can enter any Schengen country directly, it is not compulsory to enter it through Lithuania.
